◄When will I receive my order?

As this item is personalised it will be custom made for you and this can take up to 5 working days, depending on the time of year and how many orders we have. So that you know for sure, near the Add to Cart we confirm what date it will be made and shipped by if you order today.
Please then also allow shipping time which depends on your choice at the checkout.
If your order qualifies for Free Shipping this will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail and you can to upgrade to 1st class at the checkout.

2nd class 2-3 working days after despatch
1st class 1-2 working days after despatch

We use Royal Mail as we've found this to be the most reliable while keeping the costs reasonable.

If you want a fully tracked faster service there will be a choice at checkout and may be DHL or InPost.
